Activision recently accounced they will be releasing  AMC’s The Walking Dead game in 2013 on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and the PC.  Will the game be as successful as the TV series??
AMC’s The Walking Dead already has one hit video game from Telltale that replicates the drama and fear of the show. Next year, a completely different The Walking Dead gaming experience will be delivered by Activision.
Activision has teamed up with developer Terminal Reality to create a first-person shooter The Walking Dead game that will serve as a direct prequel to the first season of the television series. The game will focus on brothers Daryl and Merle Dixon as they first come to grips with the zombie apocalypse and battle their way toward what they think is the safety of Atlanta. No word on whether Merle’s foul mouth and bigot ways will be included.
According to Activision, the game will play as part stealth and part shooter. Players can choose to try to sneak around zombies to reach their goal, or choose to go in guns and crossbow blazing.
There appears to be an RPG-lite component to the game as players will have to manage ammunition, food and other supplies carefully on their journey, per IGN. Players will also encounter others characters along the way and choose to let them come along or leave them behind.
Activision will release The Walking Dead game in 2013 on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and the PC. Curiously a Wii U version is not mentioned in the announcement.

Mafia wars actually Claws lower whatever you really like regarding John Kirkman’s The Walking Dead; the strain, the weather, the particular establishing, the planet, the way the history will go. Only almost everything, even the comic strip images. (The Walking Dead at first is often a comic strip collection if you didn’t realize) Regrettably, I never got the opportunity go through each of the books. The tale is great as well as their will be many shocks! Should buy!
