The club, where entourages of musicians Chris Brown and Drake brawled last month, should have its license restored while State Liquor Authority hearings are being held, a Manhattan Supreme Court justice ruled.

The alcohol license was yanked in an emergency meeting two weeks ago following the free-for-all, which was punctuated by the throwing of champagne bottles. The early-morning fracas injured numerous people, including NBA star Tony Parker.

“When we reopen our doors,” said a statement from Club W.i.P, “we will be focused on providing a safe and fun atmosphere for our customers. To that end, we are enhancing our security.”
