Miley Cyrus’ latest tattoo is rather interesting, considering she (nor I, nor you I’m sure) wasn’t born at the time the words were said. The 19-year-old actress/singer inked a quote on her forearm, taken from a speech that former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt made in 1910. It reads, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.” Get a closer look at the new tat below.
