Sometimes celebrity DJs don’t actually DJ. Shocker, right? Take British TV personality/model Alexa Chung, for example. “I don’t really mix,” she confessed to Jimmy Fallon. “I just press play and then make it look like I’m very busy.” There’s no shame in her DJ game, but we can’t knock the hustle.

Sasha Grey might have retired from porn, but her career as a DJ is just getting started. She isn’t your typical DJ who sticks to the flavor of the week, however. “I play a mix of Top 40, rock, and hip-hop,” Grey dished in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. “Then I always try and throw in my own stuff, like some post-punk, or some old school hip-hop.”
Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton is no stranger to nightlife, so the natural progression would be to get in the DJ booth and show the world her skills. With the help of friend DJ Afrojack, Paris premiered her first “self-produced” EDM cut at the Pop Music Festival in Brazil and, while it didn’t go so well, the billion-dollar heiress is still determined to launch a career as a legitimate DJ.
