Kubistant is at the heart of a federal complaint filed in U.S. District Court last month that has accused the college instructor of forcing his students to masturbate, as well as discussing fantasies and orgasms, telling students that they would be able to think of nothing but sex, according to the federal complaint. The 18-page complaint, which was filed by Karen Royce, a 60-year-old former Western Nevada College student, on June 25, details how Kubistant “announced to the entire class they must masturbate if they intended to pass the class.” For the final term paper, Kubistant required students to write on a myriad of personal sexual experiences, including the first time they lost their virginity, any specific instances of abuse, and their masturbation routine and habits, according to the complaint. The complaint also included an account of Kubistant allegedly locking the classroom door as he played a 90-minute porn movie that showed women “engaging in sex and having an orgasm.”
