A 17 year old high school student from Baltimore’s Perry Hall High School was shot today, when a shooter opened fire during the very first day back to school. Thankfully, the shooter has been apprehended and no one else was hit. Details below.
According to Baltimore County police, the student whose name has not been released was transported via helicopter to an area hospital, authorities said. Details were not available on the student’s condition.
Students are being escorted to the Perry Hall Shopping Center at the corner of Ebenezer Road and Belair Road, where parents can meet them, police said.
Police say a student has been shot and one suspect is in custody. A young man without a shirt was seen being escorted to a police cruiser in handcuffs.
