A shocking cell phone video shows a 13-year-old boy being gang-bullied by his middle school classmates.

The kids drag the helpless teen around by his arms and legs, stuff a sock in his mouth, write on his feet and cover him with chairs.

Where was the teacher? In the classroom, joking and joining in with the boy’s tormentors.

John Rosi was suspended for just 10 days – but kept his job – over the February incident, which only recently came to light, according to ABC News.

He told investigators that the video shows “harmless childhood horseplay” and he “did not believe that any of the children were at risk of harm during their interactions.”
But the boy’s parents said their son was suicidal after the humiliating incident at the school in Gig Harbor, Wash., and called for Rosi to be fired.
