No need to wonder where the shoes are going to go.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have listed a Manhattan townhouse for $25 million, according to the New York Observer.

The longtime couple and their three kids, James WIlkie, who’s almost 10, and 3-year-old twins Marion and Tabitha, actually never lived in this particular location—but not because the building just off tony Fifth Avenue was lacking for space, mind you.

Parker and Broderick bought the Greenwich Village pad they’re currently selling for just under $19 million in March 2011, but reportedly decided against moving in due to a lack of privacy. (These are people who host dinners for people like President Barack Obama, after all.)

But, though they never got to enjoy the fruits of the renovation they paid for, they stand to make a tidy profit if a buyer meets their asking price.

The 6,800-square-foot space boasts six bedrooms, including a master suite that takes up the entire fourth floor and a fifth-floor loft space that can probably sleep the entire cast of Sex and the City.

Other selling points include a double parlor, seven fireplaces, 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a library, a top-notch security system and a tiered garden off the first floor.

Broderick has been starring on Broadway in Nice Work if You Can Get It. Parker, who will be guest-starring on the new season of Glee (premiering tonight!), was among the celebs at Lincoln Center on Sunday for Diane von Furstenberg’s show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

The real estate agent associated with the property hasn’t responded to a request for comment.
