Tracy McDonald was caught with his pants down and masturbating in a public park in Seattle. McDonald is already a registered sex offender, who clearly still has the same issues. He stood in the park and flashed his penis at a 23-year-old woman before deciding to masturbate. The Seattle Post Intelligencer reports that 44-year-old Tracy McDonald was allegedly flashing an unidentified 23-year-old woman.
“There was absolutely no sun where he was standing,” Seattle Detective Donna Stangeland said, according to recently released court documents. McDonald’s defense may suffer from rain-soaked Seattle’s reputation as a not-so-ideal locale for sunbathers. He was charged with felony indecent exposure. CBS Seattle reports that McDonald’s criminal record includes two convictions for felony indecent exposure, as well as three misdemeanor indecent exposure convictions.
