Usher and his estranged wife Tameka Raymond (neé Foster) have been going at it in a bitter divorce and custody battle for some time. In one of the proceedings earlier this year, Tameka made claims that Ursh had cheated on her with TWO of the BRIDESMAIDS they’d used in their own wedding. AKA, Tameka’s close girlfriends. In court, Usher denied these claims but recently he came clean in a sit-down with Oprah for her Next Chapter series. Now it’s Tameka’s turn to talk, and she’ll be sitting down with Entertainment Tonight for a three-part interview that begins airing tonight.
In a clip just released online, Tameka addresses the cheating, and admits she’s forgiven one of the ladies it was with because “she fell into somewhat of a trap” since “we all know how charming he can be.” This brings up the age old question…when your significant other cheats on you with someone close to you…who do you blame? Tameka said this person was a longtime family friend of hers, so I’m sure that means she’s been around a lot longer than Usher had. Does that mean you can still forgive that, though? Would you?
