This is CRAZY!  If you look behind the woman who gets hit 3 seconds into the video you’ll see someone throw water onto the crowd of cops.  I’m guessing this police officer wasn’t very happy about that and assumed this woman was the one who did it.  Hit the jump for the disturbing video!
