Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey’s tension on the American Idol set came to a head earlier this week that resulted in a huge blowout between the two, with Nicki shouting all types of things that were caught on camera by TMZ sources. Later, people from the AI camp were saying she reportedly threatened to kill Mariah saying, “If I had a gun I would shoot the bitch.” Nick’s camp called the claims BS, and her and Mariah even made peace on set yesterday, according to reports. However, Mariah took it to the next level this morning, clearly undoing whatever peace treaty they’d had. The singer spoke with The View’s Barbara Walters at some point last night or this morning, and told her that Nicki definitely DID threaten her and so for “safe measure”, she’s hired extra security. Really, Mariah? She also added that Nicki hasn’t apologized but told her she loves her. Word is Mariah was calling Nicki a bitch the whole time, though, so why would one apologize for being fed up? Clearly angered by Mariah’s antics, Nicki took to Twitter moments ago and went OFF. She’s also threatening to spill more “tea” that we didn’t know from behind the scenes!
