The Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department has stated that Murray will not be able to commute to prison for the four remaining years of his sentence despite what he told his baby’s mother, Nicole Nashida. Murray hasn’t caused any problems while in prison besides faking illnesses in an attempt to leave prison even just for a few hours. Authorities say regardless of what mental or physical issues Murray thinks he has, the furthest his traveling will be the hospital.
