Damascene Pierre Paul, who managed Patti LaBelle from 1999 through 2009, claims Patti refuses to abide by the separation package they agreed to when they parted ways.
Damascene claims Patti agreed to pay him a percentage of royalties and commissions from certain concerts, records, musical compositions, books and Patti’s Good Life products.
Damascene says he kept his part of the bargain, but Patti has not, and now he’s seeking the original settlement, plus more than $50,000 in damages.
