Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been very much the loving couple over the course of their 6-month relationship, so of course the power-duo stepped out together on the green carpet at the second annual Midori Green Halloween party in NYC. Kim came as a beautiful mermaid while her beau escorted her dressed perfectly as a captain (quite a stylish one at that), but their costumes came at a price!
