Apple has shipped out preorders of the iPad mini LTE to customers beginning today. This might be one of the view things Apple has delivered on time, since some iPhone 5 customers are still waiting for their orders. Or maybe the demand for the iPad mini wasn’t as strong as Apple may have wanted it to be no matter the case Apple shipped something on time this go around. Are you waiting on your iPhone 5 delivery ???
Regardless of what you think about the motives behind Apple’s product timing, it gave customers that ordered an LTE-capable iPad mini a nice little surprise this morning. I woke up to a text message from Apple that my LTE iPad mini would “deliver Nov 16, 2012.” Sure enough, Apple’s Order Status pagenotes that my unit left Shenzhen, China on Novemeber 13.
