Back in September Tiny ‘Deebo’ Lister agreed to plead guilty to conspiring to commit mortgage fraud and apparently he also agreed to “cooperate fully” with federal prosecutors, the IRS and FBI agents probing the case.

Tiny is expected to plead guilty in Federal Court on November 19th.
