That’s what Kris Humphries apparently wants to know! The celebrity ex has ordered Kim’s current beau to give a deposition in their divorce case.
But why? They weren’t even dating at the time? Right?
Maybe Kris is starting to believe those KimYe sex tape rumors?
Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser says the whole thing is bogus, and that Kris is just grasping in the dark for any reason to invalidate his prenup.
Guess we’ll see if he finds anything on February 15 when the case finally goes to trial.
