Selita Ebanks looked GORGEOUS at the 2012 UNICEF Snowflake Ball the other night, but she shared some pretty ugly news on the red carpet. She’s retiring from Victoria’s Secret! Hit the jump for more details.
We all know that the model world is pretty cut-throat, but who knew it was like that for Victoria’s Secret veterans too? Selita shared that the audition process for the lingerie show is held annually and even pros like herself have to try out. She told NY Mag:
You have to show up in your panties, and you have to walk and be pleasant and say hi to everyone and hope that you’ve still got it. I didn’t make it.
When she was asked if she would perhaps try again next year, she said NO!:
I’ve done, what, five, six shows? I’ve experienced my V.S. days.
