Apple, Microsoft, HP, Samsung, D-Link, Parrot and Logitech are all being sued by non-profit research institution Washington Research Foundation. WRF suggests the companies named in the lawsuit all infringed on radio wireless technology. The lawsuit says Apple’s 27” iMac uses the technology and D-Link’s wireless routers uses the same. All companies thought they were protected by the supplier but the patent laws still require the companies to get a license from the holders of the patent.
