According to the Samsung blog site , the Galaxy S IV will be 5 inch device, full HD AMOLED display, 13 megapixel and updated with the latest Android OS at the release. At the moment Samsung has code named the Galaxy S IV project J. The rumors before stated that Samsung would release the device in March and announce it at CES. We will have to wait on the official word from Samsung.
