Another celebrity gets a slap on the wrist? Even though he got the brakes beat off of him, Gabriel Aubry started the altercation between himself and Halle Berry’s new beau, Olivier Martinez. Aubry attacked Olivier with a push and a swing to the face (MISS) and hit his shoulder. That’s when he got the business.
