Miguel Restrepo, 62, and his wife Maria Garcia have lived in a sewer in Medellin, Colombia for 22 years! Surprisingly they aren’t complaining, as long as they have their kitchen and television. I cant believe they actually made a home out of a sewer and was able to stay there for 22 years.. Do you think someone could do that in New York?
