Samsung, a major backer of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays, have announced they are in the process of developing an unbreakable display. OLED technology allows for major alterations to the material used, allowing for not only an unbreakable display but possible one that folds. Samsung claiming this technology could release 2013 and 2014, respectively. It’d be easy for them to move forward with their technology development but Apple won’t give up! Going after them for any and every part resembling anything Apple. Worse case scenario, Samsung will have to buck up a hefty amount of cash and then move on with their plans.
