It looks like Apple and HTC are playing nice (or forced to play nice by the courts) but Apple gave HTC the go ahead to use some of their patents but not the ok use their design likeness which is understandable, and that’s one of the bigger problems Apple has with Samsung. I’m sure HTC is happy with the agreements they have with Apple, because if you remember earlier this year HTC had a problem at US customs as it was discovered that their One X phones infringed on some patents.
