The federal government is threatening to take legal action against states in which marijuana has become “legal.” Colorado and Washington can face serious legal action that pretty much make lawmakers over-turn their decision to decriminalize weed. The news comes just days after a person was pictured sparking up right under the Space Needle in Seattle. Although both states may have made marijuana legal under state laws, it is still very illegal under the federal Controlled Substance Act. Read more below.
