A teen was accused of stealing a quadriplegic man’s phone.William Washington is 38 and bound to a wheelchair, he uses the iPhone to communicate. Unfortunately a teen snatched his cell phone right from his wheelchair tray and William couldn’t do anything about it! Since he had sadly already lost his form of communication, he had to write an e-mail to the NYPD in order to try and get his device back.
