It was rumored and suggested that Samsung would announce the Galaxy S IV sometime in April, but now a new video suggests that could be bumped up to CES 2013. Samsung has been on good run with their Galaxy S devices , so its no surprised that Samsung would be ready to release another device. Preview video after the break.
