Talk about having the balls. These two escapees from Chicago have some BIG ones. The FBI is on the look-out for Kenneth Conley and Jose Banks who tied together some sheets to escape from a 20 STORY prison. 2:45am, Thursday the two cell mates dangled themselves free, hailed a cab, and changed their prison uniforms. This was two hours after guards were SUPPOSE to do a bed check. It took the Metropolitan Correction Center four hours to realize that the sheets were hanging from the window. The FBI is offering $50,000 for their capture. DAMN! Drop down bottom to see what a night these guys had. Oh yes, the FBI have been tracing those steps EARLY.
