New Kids On The Block & Backstreet Boys Off The Hook In $5 Million Brain Trauma Lawsuit

New Kids On The Block, or as they are known now-a-days: NKOTB, and the Backstreet Boys have another reason to be thankful this holiday. The boy bands have been cleared in a lawsuit that was filed against them for $5 million. Back in July, NKOTBSB were sued by a stagehand who fell through a hole on the stage during the mega-group’s tour. William Wesley Styron hit the group with the lawsuit saying he suffered from brain trauma. The mega-group said they shouldn’t be held responsible for the man’s fall since the hole was huge and very visible. Read more below.

The judge throw out the lawsuit about NKOTBSB saying that although someone should pay for the man falling, it shouldn’t be them. According to TMZ, the judge said the production company is fully at fault for the accident.
