Former President George H.W. Bush remains in the hospital after he was taken there on November 23. The former president was treated for bronchitis-related coughs. He has went through and remains in physical therapy to rebuild his strength. Bush and his doctors are hopeful that he will be home before Christmas. Read more below.

Bush spokesman Jim McGrath announced that the former president is expected to return home sometime today as long as he is strong enough to go home. The 88-year-old is in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery but will have to take extra precautions when it comes to his health.
