New Jersey’s first medical marijuana dispensary recently opened and its owners have described the process. They said it took them so much paperwork over nearly 2 years in order to open Greenleaf Compassion Center in Montclair. They even took the risk of spending their life savings on this project, but I guess they were almost positive that it would be profitable! Half a million dollars later and a struggle with the governor they opened up and are legally dealing marijuana to patients that need it in NJ!
