Blake Griffin scored 23 points, Chris Paul had 17 points and 13 assists and the Los Angeles Clippers extended a franchise record with their 13th consecutive victory, 103-77 over the Phoenix Suns last night.
The starters are amazing yes, but the Clippers bench have had a crucial role as well. So much so that they’ve earned a nickname…A Tribe Called Bench (how they got the name here). ESPN Arash Markazi tweeted out a picture of a shirt the that they will debut tomorrow (Christmas). Not only is it a dope nickname and dope shirt, but one of the members from A Tribe Called Quest approves of it!
