Motorola is looking to upgrade the current Droid RAZR M with something nice looking. A lot of people like to criticize the company when it does something like this, especially people who already bought the previous version, but it doesn’t look bad at all. Check out the specs after the jump.

We’re looking at an upgraded 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 Plus CPU, 4.5″ HD display, 16GB storage & a 3300mAh battery. For those paying attention, that’s the same size battery in the RAZR Maxx HD, so expect to leave the charger at home for a couple of days. It’s not expected when this phone will actually be announced, but a CES debut shouldn’t be surprising.
