James Harden, Daequan Cook, and Cole Aldrich, who were traded to Houston in October, reunite with old friends and former teammates Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and Kendrick Perkins from their 2011-12 Thunder squad. I think the pictures were taken before the Thunder destroyed the Rockets with a 124-94 victory. Check them out after the jump.
