Karrine Steffans (bka “Superhead”) has had an on-again/off-again relationship with Lil Wayne going back years at this point. He even penned his 2007 hit “Prostitute” about the infamous vixen-turned-author. As of late, however, Karrine got married to someone else (not sure the status on that at the moment), and Wayne has been deeply involved with Dhea since the beginning of 2011.
