Nicki Minaj rang in 2013 in a tight, gold dress while hitting up Pure Nightclub inside the Caesars Palace Resort and Casino. Nicki donned a blonde, curly wig but I highly doubt anyone was looking at the wig. Her dress was super tight and showed off all of her curves, she looked really great though!
