Considering she’s 12 weeks into her pregnancy, we can expect Kim Kardashian to give birth to her baby with Kanye West some time this June. The only small issue? Well, she still might be married to another man! The divorce proceedings between her and her ex Kris Humphries have been long drawn out, as both parties are fighting for results they want and can’t seem to come to an agreement. “Unless Kim Kardashian gives in to Kris’ demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth,” RadarOnline reports.
Kim and Kris’ divorce lawyers have a court date on February 15th to set a date for the trial. However, the earliest the trial that can be scheduled would be the middle of June to accommodate Kris’s basketball schedule.
“Kris isn’t trying to drag this out, but he wants to be vindicated in court. Kris will see this through to the end” a source said. Meanwhile, Kim’s in the same boat. “Kim is refusing to cave to any of Kris’ demands. She has moved on with her life, and she won’t agree to an annulment on grounds that the marriage was fraudulent because it would cause catastrophic damage to her brand.” What a mess!
