A mother is looking to sue media giant Twitter and Tulsa Public Schools after an inapproate pic of her daughter was posted social media network. According to the mother her daughter was getting undressed after a basketball game and a friend grabbed her and took a pic and then posted it on Twitter. The mother states the pic was retweeted “numerous” times. DeAnn Cooks (mother) is seeking damages in the amount of $75,000 for her troubles with Twitter and TPS.
