Colts owner Jim Irsay is known for being charismatic and over the top every once in a while. Over the years it seems the fans in Indianapolis, as well as the players have enjoyed having him as their owner. It is probably because of pics like this. Irsay tweeted a pic of himself the other day, saying it was time to let the “monster” out, lol, whatever that means. But in the pic it is very clear he is WASTED.
