A Wisconsin High School freshmen was suspend for giving another female classmate a noose and a kkk symbol which he made while the two were in art class together! The principal and everyone that hear about the incident in the school were angry. But, this allegedly wasnt the first time the girl has been bullied over racism. She and the other 2 black kids are the only blacks in the whole school out of 450! Somethings gotta give!
