Thanks to the suspicion of a NOSY fan on twitter (LOL), Kandi Burruss of RHOA have confirmed that she is engaged. Todd Tucker, the line producer and Kandi meet in 2011 while filming the fourth season of the show. Looks like everything feel into place properly. Congratulations! Drop down bottom please.
