At&t Extending Facetime Over Cellular For Now

At&t is extending its Facetime over cellular to anyone use compatible iOS devices on a tiered data plan on At&t. At&t Senior President of voice and data says “As a result of ongoing testing, we’re announcing AT&T will enable FaceTime over Cellular at no extra charge for customers with any tiered data plan using a compatible iOS device,” The question at the moment is how long does At&t plan on extending the option, will they charge customers in the future. I think At&t is looking at other ways of charging customers for the option. When At&t first announced the option, it was received with public backlash, so it would be in At&t’s best option to offer the service for free for the moment.
