These YOUNG b*tches love Sosa! A new lawsuit has made its way across the currently-jailed Chief Keef’s desk, and it has some pretty crazy allegations. Though considering his age, I guess it’s not ALL that crazy. A girl that’s STILL IN MIDDLE SCHOOL (let that sink in…) is suing him for child support. Middle school, b. Details below!
The girl’s suit says she and Keef welcomed a baby girl in 2011. He was 15 at the time. But that’s not the worst part! He could be in even more trouble for it because of the laws in Illinois! TMZ explains:
In Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex … even if they’re in a consensual relationship. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called “criminal sexual abuse.” Punishment for the crime includes a max sentence of one year in jail … and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years.
No real biggie, though, as those kind of cases almost never get prosecuted, and it only would happen if the girl’s parents press charges. Though being that he’s famous, you never know! Let’s see what happens.
