All because of a picture taken in Australia of a subway sandwich next to measuring tape lol. Hit the jump for the full story!

According to a photo taken by an australian Subway customer, their $5 Footlongs are only 11 inches. Now subway’s sandwich’s only being 11 inches is kinda funny, but they are getting sued for $5 Million Dollars because of this Damn! The argument is, subways is using false advertisement with the whole “$5 Dollar footlong” thing, which is true. Subway states in defense that their “$5 Dollar footlong” signature is a registered trademark and that it was not intended to be a measurement of length. I hope this isn’t the end of $5 Dollar Footlong’s. I think each side has somewhat of a valid argument. We’ll see how this goes lol, Who do you chose?
