A photograph of Steven Tyler in his Hawaiian home with his girlfriend was published with a story saying that they were getting married, that incident leaked a major secret that he had not shared with even some of his family members. This, and the fact that his kids dont want to want to go out with him in Hawaii because people constantly take photos of them, even while they enjoy the water paprazzi using boats to get closer to
caused Steven Tyler to take action. The Aerosmith lead man and former American Idol judge, got some quality co-signs by Brittney Spears, Avril Lavigne and Mitt Fleetwood, of Fleetwood Mac. The Act would allow people to sue paparazzi who obtain photos through unusual and offensive ways, such as by use of telephoto and using devices that can record photos or video of them on their private properties.
