Decio Lourenco, Professional Skateboarder was filming a video of him skating through a South African city when a traffic camera caught what they thought was was an automobile going 68 MPH! Didn’t even know skateboards could go that fast! A Few days later he was penalized for speeding, and could be facing a possible arrest. That Ain’t Right! Or is it? What do you think?
