Chris is dragging others down with his shenanigans. The L.A. County District Attorney has made allegations, stating that Chris never completed his hours of community service, but there are people who have vouched for him. Bryan Norwood, Chief (or ex-Chief) of police in Richmond, Virgina being one of them. Norwood even wrote a letter to the court verifying Chris’ hours.
Since this ‘theory’ has been bought to the court’s attention Norwood has resigned. It’s being said that he has resigned to take another job in NC. Whether it’s true or not, himself and the Mayor of Richmond have come to an “agreement” in his resigning. What do they want pictures and videos of him cleaning up the highway?
