“The Envelope Please” has become synonymous with the Oscars for decades as presenters prepare to call out the names of the victors on Hollywoods Biggest Night of the year. Marc Friedland felt the envelope was just as important as any other part of the production, the award winners and presenters, everything must be as it should, and the envelope should “Wow” you just as the actors performances, their gowns, or styles. It is a night where everything shines. Why not also the envelope that now features the individual category on the back so the world can see.
