According to the NYPD, officer Luis Gutierrez was “arrested and charged…within the confines of the 114th precinct” for conspiracy, misconduct and patronizing a prostitute. Yea that’s kool and all, but at a Wendy’s, Where any and everyone can see what you’re doing, people don’t think!! Gutierrez must of been feeling himself because he set the meeting up while he was on duty, in uniform, and while another cop was present!!! Homie even spit game to them in spanish lol, ok playa.
